Twisted Sister may be famous for being heavy metal musicians, dressed like drag queen biker/prostitutes, but when it comes to the Holiday Season they have no problem turning on their love light and spreading the cheer.

Following their Christmas CD back in 2006, the band went to the City of Sin, of all places, and performed a concert that bounced between their biggest hits “You Can’t Stop Rock n Roll,” “We’re Not Gonna Take It,” “The Price” and “I Wanna Rock” and Holiday favorites “Have Yourself A Merry Christmas,” “White Christmas,” “I’ll Be Home For Christmas” and others – all performed TS style.

At the end of the day, this is just a little more than silly, but as the DVD goes on, it becomes almost a guiltily pleasure. The sheer ridiculousness of it becomes fun, and for what it is worth, the band really do rock up the tunes, adding to the enjoyment.

They score points for using the word “Christmas” in the title, sticking it to all the politically correct idiots out there. Still, I don’t think I will be sitting on Dee Snider’s lap sharing my Christmas list with him…
